For businesses that are in the process of starting-up or are just recently in business and require assistance or are not prepared or able at this point to invest, we provide first few free
consultation and then affordable pricing to provide guidance to help get you started.

Who are we

● Business Coaching – is provided through one-on-one sessions with a set of objectives/goals. The participants are provided guidance and direction from the coach and must be prepared to dedicate time to the sessions as well as complete homework.

● Facilitation – is workshop based that is an interactive environment where a facilitator will
work with the business owner and their team to meet a set of objectives /goals.

● Training – is provided on-site in order to teach a group of people a set of skills related to
their business. We will start offering group courses and over time, many of these courses will be offered online as well. For on-site courses, there is a minimum of 3 required and for the group courses a minimum of 5.

● Business Consulting – is work that that a business owner requires someone to perform
for their business. Though work will be performed, the business owner and their team
must provide the necessary information that is required to perform the consulting.

● Work With You Consulting – is a combination of business coaching and business
consulting. This for businesses who have a requirement for someone to work with them
and perform some of the tasks.

Our Experience

We have over 25 years of business and management experience working in complex businesses such as manufacturing, hi-technology, and financial services including our partner’s experience.

We have executive management experience in large, medium, and small businesses not only in
one area of a business but across a business in marketing, sales, operations, and finance.
We have been in business since 2011 and have worked with clients in a variety of industries
such as retail, non-profit, construction, transportation, medical, food & beverage, recreation, and professional services. We work directly with business owners to understand the specific business goals and challenges you are facing, so that we are able to implement the right solutions for your business, ensuring that you have continued long term success.

We are located in Melbourne but service clients across Australia remotely and locally
throughout Southern Hemisphere 😉 We provide face to face coaching, training and consulting to clients within our local service area. We will travel to clients outside the service area, but a mileage charge may be incurred if ongoing travel is required. We also work for clients remotely utilizing Skype, Google Hangouts, and Join Me as well as other communication and collaborative tools.

How We Differ From Other Consulting Firms

When we started to gain experience in 2011, we found that most business & management
consulting firms, even smaller ones for the most part were focused on large businesses. Of the
ones that did provide services to small business, many of the business & management consultants treated small business in much the same way they did the large corporations in which they worked. Coaching & consulting cannot be performed in the same manner as the needs of the businesses are different and smaller businesses do not have the infrastructure and resources of the large corporations.

We only work with owner-operated businesses where the goal is to provide the owner with the
skills they need in areas they need help so they operate the business without long term outside
help. Our goal is not to live in the business, but to help as many business owners as possible
and only be utilized when it makes sense. We also make sure that our engagements are
structured to how an owner-operated business functions, not a public corporation.
